Jan recently sent me pictures he took of me riding the approved stallion
Botte 414 from the last time I was in Holland, so I just had to put them on my website, of course! It was neat being
able to sit on, walk and trot an approved stallion. Botte 414 is currently standing at De Nieuwe Heuvel. Thank
you, Jan!

| Jan (the wonderful photographer) and Kari |
I (Kari) recently went to Holland for the first time for the FPS stallion
show. I was there from January 3-12 2009. It was so much fun! Our group visited Amsterdam, had some fun
cultural excursions and met lots of new friesian friends. What a beautiful country full of beautiful horses and beautiful
people. I hope I can return someday (preferably in the summer!). My favorite thing about Holland? The triple
Dutch kisses ;-)
